So many people know about Well who was a canceled champion because his kit wasn't great and was to advanced at the time. I decided to play around and make up some lore and kit play style that is pretty cool and unique where there is multiple play styles possible on him. So here it goes. Champion Name:. Krawn Title: Sorcerer of the Tides

Lore 1st Draft: Ignoring all warnings he was given, the captain of the Bora Bora did not turn back. With determination in his soul he headed into the heart of the storm with his crew of 18 men. Warned many times by passing ships to turn back because a large storm was approaching. The captain ignored the warnings this was the storm he had waited 10 long years for. He wanted to keep going he wanted to kill the creature that had took his legs so long ago. He had remembered that day far too well than he had wished too. He remembers the creature's face and features perfectly, its body, jagged teeth and worst of all it’s breath, which smelt like a combination of rotting fish and flesh. The captain was determined to hunt down this beast and make it his trophy no matter the cost. On his third day of sailing and trying to track down the creature's last known path he had encountered the storm he was looking for. He and his crew fought against the storm for hours but could not hold straight. Soon the wind had picked up and became so strong it blew down the mast and left them stranded with no way to continue sailing. In the midst of this storm the crew was stuck on deck left to deal with the weather. Getting cold and tired the crew wanted to leave before anyone died and before it become too late to leave the storm. So the captain made up his mind and decided to let his crew go. The captain had sent them out on the life boat and stayed with his ship. After several minutes of staring into the heart of the storm he looked out and saw a water cyclone begin to open up. He had gotten what he wanted. He had found the creature. Towering over his ship the creature in one swift movement broke his ship in two. With his gun he fires at its face. This only angered the creature so it grabbed him with its mouth by his abdomen and drug him into the water. The creature held him in its mouth as it drug him down into the current of the cyclone. The captain did not want to die here. He fought till his last breath killing the creature stabbing it repeatedly in the face, head and mouth till it let go him. The captain did not get to live how ever the debri from the ship was brought down into the cyclone and only helped him reach the bottom of the ocean faster. Little did the captain know was that Soon he would breathe his last mortal breath. Impressed by his display of determination and power to keep fighting until he could fight no more Nagakaboros had given him a second life. This time he was strong enough to fight the tides. Reborn he had not known what had happened and was given a new name, Krawn the sorcerer of the tides. Now Krawn safely guides ships back to bilgewater harbors when needed. Every now and then he must fight the monsters of the sea to make sure the ships make it back in one piece.

Ability Name: Reservoir of power.

Passive: Innate: When this champion leaves combat after every 9 / 6 / 4 seconds he gains increased health and mana regen per second.

Passive wait time levels: Level 1 / Level 8 / Level 14

Scalings: + 1.5 / 3 / 4.5 / 6 / 7.5 / 9 / 10.5 Mana and Health per second.

   Lvls: 1 / 3 / 6 / 9 / 12 / 15 / 18

Ability Name: Thrashing Tides

Q: ACTIVE: Krawn cast water from his hand in a target location at the ground dealing aoe damage in the center then splashing out and dealing damage to the surrounding cast area.

Damage Scaling: 30 / 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 +50%ap

Splash Damage: 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 +40%ap

CD: 12 / 10 / 8 / 6 / 4

Cost: 60 / 55 / 50 / 45 / 40

Ability Name: Entrenched ground

W: ACTIVE: Krawn enchants the ground of a target area. After .5 seconds the underground water of the target location shoots out of the ground. Any enemy that is hit by this ability is rooted. Other enemy champions that walk through this water during its duration are slowed.

Damage Scaling: 40 / 90 / 140 / 190 / 240 + 40% ap

Root Duration: .5 / 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 seconds.

Slow Scaling: 5% / 10% / 15% / 20% / 25%

CD: 26 / 22 / 18 / 14 / 10

Cost: 100 / 90 / 80 / 70 / 60

Ability Name: Cannon Ball!

E: ACTIVE: Krawn Launches to a target location dealing aoe splash damage when enemy champions are hit by it.

Scalings: 60 / 90 / 140 / 200 / 260 +60% ap

Range: 800 / 950 / 1100 / 1250 / 1400

CD: 28 / 24 / 20 / 16 / 12

Cost: 80 / 70 / 60 / 50 / 40

Ability Name: The True Strength of the Tides

R: ACTIVE: After a 1.5 sec animation cast Krawn creates a water cyclone around him dealing damage per seconded and applying spell effects. Enemy champions on the far reach of the cyclone are slowed by 40%. Enemy champions caught in the inner current are slowed by 60%. Enemy champions that are caught in the central current are pulled in toward the heart of the cyclone and are stuck there for the rest of the duration. Krawn can not move for the first 1.5 seconds of this ability but can move for the remaining time. Enemy champions can use dashes and blinks to get out of the central current. If Krawn is centered in river enemies caught in the central current take bonus magic damage. Enemies that are in Krawn’s cyclones far reach and inner current are slowed by an extra 20%. PASSIVE: Enemy champions brought into the heart of Krawn’s cyclone have their magic resist and armor stolen.

Scalings: per sec dmg scalings: 33.3 + 27%ap / 45 + 22%ap / 50 + 20%ap

Total dmg for the maximum duration: 100 + 80%ap / 200 + 100%ap / 300 + 120% ap

Bonus magic Damage in river: 50 / 100 / 150

Armor and Magic resist Stolen: 10 / 30 / 50 The amount that the enemies lose is halved for how much Krawn gains.

Amount enemies lose: 5 / 15 / 25

Duration of Debuff: 4 / 6 / 10

Duration: 3 / 4.5 / 6

CD: 120 / 100 / 80

Cost: 200 / 150 / 100

Lol our champs are so similar but I'm a whole day ahead so I guess that means you copied me.

Now about your concept:

Theme: Watermage (Nami anyone ?) Niche: Strong CC in TF thanks to Ult... (Might be better if he offered more)

Lore: Moby Dick ? Nagakaboros is about pursuing your dream and staying in motion, so how exactly is chasing one sea creature and dying in the process something he would be impressed by ?

Passive: Garen passive

Q-Ability: Sounds like a rather big AOE (cast and effect range would be nice)

W-Ability: Chogath Q

E-Ability: It only deals damage when you hit champions ? Otherwise it seems like a basic jump.

Ultimate: Way too much CC and effects

Overall: Apart from his ult this champion offers very little that other champions don't have. His playstyle mainly centers around landing his ult in a TF which isn't really new. Think about a mechanic, playstyle or ability to set him apart from others.

Suggestions: Currently only his R interacts with the River, but he could have some interesting interactions if he focused more on it (passive, ability effects etc.)
