Can Twitch have a skin that actually changes effects??

Every single skin for Twitch does not alter his auto attack or any of his abilities. I feel that it doesn't do Twitch justice to leave him with only a LOT of skins, however every skin doesn't have any effect change. Although i must admit, the "forms" and models of the twitches that go between the skins are very interesting and i like how they look, but the effects are left out and i feel that the skins could be SO much better.

For example, Whistler Village Twitch could have frozen ice arrows, and the rat icons that indicate his passive could be white/blue and have some beanie or some type of different icon.

Another Example could be Kingpin Twitch, and he can shoot coins! Or Gangster twitch can keep the same type of burst fire, but make the arrow fizzle maybe to indicate multiple shots?

The Twitch skins are so neglected. What's your opinion?

Vandal Twitch should actually leave a field of fire with his W, since he is throwing a molotov cocktail. And the poison stacks should look more like skulls in my opinion.

But I think it is unlikely that they are changing the effects on already existing skins, since they would have to change the price. So maybe we should suggest new skins which could have changed effects.

Some examples: Mad Scientist Twitch: big syringe as a weapon, he throws test tubes and leaving a field of chemicals with a different colour than green and his poison stacks are ittle test tubes too.

Poolparty Twitch: water pistol as weapon, he throws a balloon filled with water and his poison stacks are water drops.

Omega Squad Twitch: weapon is a rifle, he throws a smoke grenade (should look different than Graves' though). When he goes in camouflage, he could get the same treatment like Teemo with his invisibility (that night vision device).

I check surrender@20 every wed (for OCE) fortnightly, praying to see a Twitch skin. I mean come on Riot... He's something like the 13th champion ever released and he doesn't have a single skin to brag about. My current reasoning on why he hasn't got a skin yet is that the skin team are terrified of rats. Only reason I can come up with right now ^_^

Its been 2 months because i went on a break, and i haven't visited the boards since... However, I'm pleased to see other people with the same ideas :)
