Gold 1 Mid Laner looking to be a part of a team

As i stated in the title, i'm looking for a team to be a part of. I do not want a team that is just going to be complacent. I want to play actively, as well as possibly play in some tournaments. Along with that, if there are any issues with players showing for practice, then i do not want to be a part of it. I want to have as much fun as everyone on the team might have.

Here are my OP.GG and Lolking links: http://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=vot+flow http://www.lolking.net/summoner/na/50934232
