Auction House for the box loots?

Well I got to think why don't you make a auction house to let people sell their skins and champs or what ever from the box loots for 25% of the cost? I feel like this would be a great handy deal for people and it could be both ways Ip or Rp ip I say 50% rp 25% if you like this idea enjoy it :)
