Urf Not realesed? or is it at night?????????????

Ok, I waited 8 hours for urf and this is what I see. I see no urf what so ever this makes me mad I wanted to play urf all day today when it came out but no its not out you bring skins???????? what is this a laugh stock or something I'm realy mad i vote for urf to be on the game now. If you want urf like this and give them a reason to add it !
