Old Champ Concepts (Averdrian)
Look, I'm not telling riot right now to put these champs back in the game (although I'd love it, and I'm sure we'd all love it), this is sort of my spin on old champion concepts. Please enjoy! And if it's a balance problem, don't down vote, just tell me what's wrong with it, so we can fix it, together! (The Icons and names are from the LoL wiki, this is just my interpretation of them).

During Lockdown, Averdrian's abilities' cool down is set to 50% of what it normally is. He also gains +25%AP.

While Astral Barrier is up, Astral beams will shoot down in an area around Averdrian (375 units). The Astral beams shoot up to 3/4/5 every half second, and enemies can only be damaged every second. Astral Beams deal 40/55/70 (+20% AP) damage.
Synergy: Averdrian synergies well with champions with hard CC. Champions like Blitzcrank, Nautilus, and Thresh all mix well with Averdrian. They all have some kind of way to get the enemy back into Averdrian's range.
Countering: Simply staying out of range will nullify his Q and his R, where most of his damage comes from. Since Averdrian lacks any gap closers, simply outspeeding him will be enough.
