Idea for a marksman: The Legendary Hero

ok, i don't have a whole lot of time and i need to express this idea so i can focus on other shit. Basic Idea for backstory, a Demacian dude who loves justice and is willing to save anyone who needs it, he isn't exactly a patriot though he's more of a guy who is trying to save others even if it isn't his business. His father was a Demacian soldier born with an abnormally huge build and height (i dunno i'm thinking like 7ft'8in), his mother was an Ionian martial artist and a prodigy who ended up in Demacia as a bodyguard to a traveling merchant or something. She decided she liked demacia and chose to stay, she met his father bing bang boom , they had a kid. The kid grew up in the Demacian atmosphere of justice and peacekeeping but was also heavily influenced by his mother's values of balance and tranquility. He always loved to hear tails of Galio and as a child he would play games pretending to be the mighty colossus... I can't go too in depth rn but basically one day he decided he wanted to protect the innocent and save people not for the sake of Demacian justice but for the sake of saving them because he believed that it was just the right thing to do and what he was meant to do, so he went and trained in solitude. luckily he inherited his father's tall frame and natural musculature, and his mother's natural talent for fighting. his sword broke on him after a year of training with it so he switched to using just his fists, feet, elbows and knees. And so after a few of years of training like that on his own and living off of the land he found that he had long since surpassed the natural limitations of human flesh. now when he punched the air the raw force and pressure coming from his fist compressed the air in front of it into a bullet of air that traveled through the atmosphere like a canon ball; when he kicked the air it launched a shockwave in the shape of his foot in direction he had kicked leaving a trail of devastation as it traveled; when jumped as high as he could he ended up on the other side of the mountain he had been training on; when he went for a sprint it took about a minute for him to end up in a landscape he did not recognize. He was ready to become the hero he was always meant to be. after making his debut in Demacia he realized other parts of the world needed a fearless hero who will save the day with a smile. (yes he's partially inspired by All Might)

Here are some abilities i had in mind (basically his ranged auto attacks are punches that travel through the atmosphere as fist shaped bullets of compressed air)

Passive: Heroic punches when attacking an enemy outside of melee range his punches (aa) travel through the air and deal 15% of the full aa damage to other enemies they pass through on the way. attacking an enemy in melee range his auto attacks can only have up to 30% crit chance but every (lets say) 10 seconds his next melee aa will deal 10% bonus damage and/or knock back the target. if the target hits a wall they are stunned. he can only make use of up to 50% total crit chance but any extra crit chance is converted into bonus Attack Speed, up to 50% bonus attack speed. he also doesn't gain lifesteal but instead gains 100% increased healing from all other sources (making deaths dance the only life steal he can use since it isn't technically life steal).

Q (i guess): Devastating spear kick He straight kicks in a target direction with enough force to create a spear shaped shockwave that does damage to all enemies hit. Enemies hit in melee range are knocked aside slightly, enemies hit in ranged...range (?) are slowed, and hitting an enemy with the very tip of the hit box critically hits. he loses 50% of his total attack speed for 2 seconds. just a simple line skill-shot.

W: Be fearless/Stand tall he hops to an injured ally and shields the target for 10/20/30/40/50% of their missing health and himself for 50/60/70/80/90% of the damage they have taken in the last 3 seconds, and gains 10/15/20/25/30% bonus attack speed. Shields and bonus attack speed last for 1.25 seconds, if the shield breaks then he gains Stand Tall for the next 1.5 seconds Stand Tall can be activated to grant him double the bonus attack speed granted by Be Fearless, but loses 50% total movement speed and can only aa one target during this time. lasts for 2.5 seconds

E: Heroic Spirit passive: His aa's travel so fast with such force they ignite applying burn damage for 1 second, doesn't stack only gets refreshed, and can only be refreshed on the same target 3 times in a row. after refreshing the burn damage 3x on one target the effect cannot be applied to the target for 10seconds. Active: his ranged aa's deal extra damage and melee aa's can now make use of up to 100% crit chance (if he has built that much) for 4 seconds.

R: Legendary Finishing Move I dunno, no clear ideas for this one. maybe a flying drop kick on a stunned target or something.
