Summoner's Spells

Um, I don't know how many people care about this, or how many times it's come up in the past. But this came to mind and I thought I'd see what other people think. What if we had new Summoner's spells---in addition to the current ones---that you have to purchase with IP? I don't know but it was a thought. I know Riot is always trying to keep the game fresh and exciting, and trying to change things a touch to that end so I thought I'd put it out there. OR maybe we can use IP to purchase upgrades to the current spells? And, hypothetically, if Riot did implement this and it turned out to be a total bust then maybe they could just revert back to the old system and refund the IP people spent on it. It's whatever I guess.

What are your thoughts? Ideas for new spells? Possible upgrades?
