We could always change w's attack speed to max: 2.5, and higher the attack bonus, but would there be any need for buying attack speed items then, and only go for full ap and damage? Or we could make cooldown reduction, that's always a favorite.
For chances of abilities, I'm willing to hear your suggestions.
