Champ Concept: Azure Dragon, the Great Dragon Deity

Sorry I'm late on this one. Had some stuff going on.

Lore: Nova Grapplers, the no-holds-barred fighting tournament held in the Star Gate region of the planet Cray. It is here that Aliens and robots prove their combat worth in front of adoring crowds. Out of all the competitors, few groups are known more than the Beast Deities, robots designed to resemble animal gods. Even in this mighty force, few can top the might of the legendary Azure Dragon. Modeled after a blue dragon of near-godlike celestial power that roams the universe forging stars, this powerful robot strikes hard and fast. He has stood against the VOID and its subordinate faction, Link Joker, and is one of the champions of the Nova Grapplers, even to this day.

Abilities:

Azure Dragon is our second champion to utilize Judgement, so we'll discuss that in a bit.

Passive: God-like

Whenever Azure dragon strikes an enemy with a basic attack, they gain a stack of "Dominated." At three stacks of dominated, Azure Dragon's next basic ability will deal a bonus effect, and charge the judgement gauge by 5%. An enemy that has been hit by an ability while dominated cannot be dominated again for 10 seconds. Stacks fall off one at a time after 5 seconds.

Q: Divine surge (12/11/10 second cooldown)

Passive: Every time you kill an enemy or enemy minion, Azure Dragon's AP increases by 10% for 5 seconds. Active: Azure Dragon lunges forward with his spear, dealing magic damage that scales with 10/20/25/30/35% of your AP to all enemies hit. If it strikes an enemy that has been dominated, it will restore health to Azure Dragon equal to 25% of the damage dealt.

W: Battle Aura (8/7/6 second cooldown)

Active: in a cone in front of him, Azure Dragon unleashes a blast of energy, dealing AP damage with bonus damage equal to 3% of the enemy's max health, while also slowing them by 20% for 5 seconds. If this ability hits a dominated target, it will stun them for 2 seconds instead of slowing them.

E: Sky Strike (10/9/8 second cooldown)

Passive: For five seconds after you activate your E, you can preform autoattacks while moving, but you deal 50% less damage, and must autoattack twice to apply a stack of dominance. Active: Azure Dragon soars forward, attacking the first enemy hit, dealing AP damage equal to 20% of your AP. If you hit a dominated target, you will stun them, and the attack will deal bonus magic damage that scales with your missing health.

Ultimate: Bladestorm (100/90/80 second cooldown)

Azure dragon becomes unstoppable, and moves at 30% increased movespeed for 5/7/9 seconds. During this time, all enemies in his autoattack range will receive damage over time. Against an enemy that has been dominated, he will deal bleed damage that lasts for 5 seconds after the active ends. All damage dealt with this ability will be AP damage.

Judgement: Illuminal Dragon

Killing minions and hitting dominated enemies will charge your judgement gauge. When it is full, hit the button (located where the E. Lux transform button is) to turn into Ultra Beast Deity, Illuminal Dragon. In this state, all allies and you will have 30% increased movement speed, and you will gain 10% increased attack speed. In this form, autoattacks deal bonus damage equal to 10% of your AP.
