[Champion Concept] Laria, the Shadow of the Sands

Laria is an ap assassin with a lot of tools to help her get in- and out of fights, or just take the fight somewhere else.

Lore: Laria, once a noble woman in the land of Shurima, was there when it happend. Xerath's betrail to Azir.

It was a big day. She was standing on the stairs to the altar. She wanted to see what would happen in the transformation. She heard Azir speak, and then tell Xerath he was a free man. But what she saw next would change her life forever. She saw Xerath push Azir off of the altar, taking his place in the process. Then, a white light, and darkness. When she woke up, she was no longer herself, and the city she loved was no longer there. She had become a shadow of her former self. Half human, half sentient being. She swore that she would take revenge on Xerath, for that what he had done to Azir.

Now, she roams the land of Shurima, seeking those who could help her (Nasus Renekton ), or him who she would eliminate (Xerath ).

Abilities: *All mana costs are for max rank

Passive: Curse of a Sentient Laria does damage to nearby enemies. Aditionally, whenever shes reconstructing and takes damage, she gains a stack. These stacks give her a chance of dodging a projectile by letting it phase through her. If this happens a stack is consumed.

Q: The Sands Winds (80 mana)* Laria dissolves into sand, becoming untargetable. Then the sand slices through the air, damaging enemies in its path. Then she can reconstruct herself on target location. If she gets damaged during the deconstruction process, she'll get a stack of "Curse of a Sentient".

This ability can stack up to 2 times and can be used during the reconstruction to double the dash range or jump back and forth without being able to get damaged.

W: Quicksand (30 mana on cast, drains 10 per second)* Laria dissolves partially, creating a quicksand pool that can be recalled any time by recasting the ability. This quicksand pool slows enemies and roots those who move in it for too long.

Additionally, Laria has a standard 50% chance to let projectiles phase through as long as the quicksand pool is still active.

E: Sentient Being Laria seperates her sentient part and her human part from each other. Her sentient part will fly around on her command, dealing damage to enemies nearby. You will be still controlling the human part by walking and auto attacking.

R: The Deserts Wraith Laria floats into the sky. After a small delay, she creates a giant sandstorm that blows enemies away and gives allies a movement speed bonus. This also deals a lot of damage to the enemies and some damage to Laria. After this ability, Laria is exhausted and can't use her E or W anymore.

I'll try for some art, but I think it'll look a bit like this: http://orig00.deviantart.net/a85f/f/2015/341/1/c/star_dusted_sol_by_duckui-d9jdtdp.png of course with fading sandy hair, some rougher and more damaged robes, but generally a bit like this.

Dodge chance is a broken mechanic and shouldn't be a core concept of your champion. We had that problem with Jax back in season 1, we don't want it with another champion.

Yeah I'd definetly recommend to take out the dodge chance. Riot has tried to remove the randomness in the game as far as they could, for good reason.

An unreliable ability will mainly feel bad for the opponent when something phases through, but it will also frustrate the Laria player, when it doesn't trigger.

Try to make it more predictable,so that Laria and her opponents know when the ability is going to let something through

Core description if the abilities is good, but some details are missing Q: sounds like she doesn't have to reconstruct. I know this should be assumed, but saying she "can" is misleading W: Can she move while like this? Rough delay estimates for pooling and unpooling (quickly, short, etc) E: Do they recombine at some point? More importantly, this is a difficult ability for an assassin, having a controllable pet. R: "... can't use her E or W anymore", okay only leveling q and r lol. But more importantly, it sounds like this is the "assassination" ability. The problem being that you can one shot a penta from range if there team is weak, even Kat has to jump in there.

Other than that, and my piggyback in the other comment, I like the idea.
