Ring Master Orianna

I have an idea for a new skin for Orianna. She is basically my main, and although there is her Winter Wonder Skin, she basically has no full time acces to skins that change her ability's animations. And I'm quite sad about that, since Orianna is a champion that is very healthy in my opinion, and you oftenly won't see them rage on anyone. So I think Orianna deserves a 1350 or 1820 skin.

So, here's the idea. I don't have artwork, and I don't know how to upload it, but I'll try my best to give everyone a as clear as possible idea. Ring Master Orianna is typically a 1820 skin. And her voice now is her robot voice, but without the roboty part. And also, she's just a normal human. Like the actual Orianna (where our current robot Orianna is a representation of) never died, and did get into the league of legends. She has long blond hair, and she carries her Golden Ring everywhere she goes. It is always around her, like a Hula Hoop.

Whenever she sends out her Ring with Command:Attack, it opens up at the place where it leaves her (where it should go through her body if it didnt open), and then it closes again and flies towards its destination.

Her Command:Dissonance makes the ring bigger, and then it shoots out small sound waves from the inside of the ring to the middle of the circle, damaging and slowing enemies nearby. It also leaves a smaller ring that continues to shoot out these waves (to the outside) untill the Dissonance zone dissapears.

Her Command:Protect sends her ring to an ally, closing around that ally the same way it leaves Orianna. Then the ring patrols up and down untill it's been send to another location with Command:Attack or Command:Protect, at which it leaves again like it would with Orianna. It opens up.

Her Command:Shockwave makes the ring a lot bigger, and then smashes to a very small size, of course doing the same as the normal shockwave, it pulls enemies to the middle of the ring.

If somebody likes this idea, and is good at drawing, could you maybe take a little bit of time and make a design. I can send a more detailled description of how she looks. I would really appreciate it.
