Champion Concept: Saiho, The Weaver of Rebellion
Name: Saiho Title: The Weaver of Rebellion Faction: Ionia Role: Marksman (ADC) Appearance: Saiho is a thin young man from Ionia of about Karma's complexion. His hair is slightly darker than her's and he has dark brown eyes. He wears (in his classic skin) a fairly torn up, slightly burned yellow robe, stitched with a red dragon design. The left arm of the robe is in tact, having slightly wider upper arm spaces. The right arm of the robe is completely gone, showing a tattoo of a double helix made from needles leading thread around a very prominent scar across his lower and upper arm (the scar, being from a large ax, is continued from his lower arm to his upper arm.) To use his basic attack, he pulls concealed needles from behind his back and from his left sleeve to throw at the enemy (That's right, an adc that doesn't use a propulsion mechanism.) Lore: This Ionian didn't know peace. The day he was born, the Noxians invaded. With them, they brought horrors to the peaceful land, obliterating any who hoped to show resistance and those who had believed they could abstain. The Weaver of Rebellion's mother had absconded to the far reaches of the region, in hopes to find a pattern of mercy in the Noxians in order to spare her and her infant. There was a single sliver of hope in this: show the Noxian spirit of conquest and bloodthirst and they might allow you into their ranks. As thus, she slaughtered the village and burned it to the ground. The collapse of the structures deafened the infant and twisted the mother. "Anything," she chuckled, "Anything for my son." She continued, catching Ionian defenses from behind, leaving little more than a trail of bodies and ruins in her wake. By the time the pair arrived at the Noxian front, the bloodlust had consumed her. She cut down Noxians as she drove for the Master Tactician himself, craving the chaos her actions would bring. The madwoman and Tactician fought for a matter of hours before she landed her first swing, slicing his eye. The injured man saw potential in her, pacifying her with magic and returning home with her and her infant son in custody, where he properly armed her and assigned her a position as officer. As for her son, he was left as an apprentice in the capital, where the softened Noxian nobles spared his gentle nature.
The boy wasn't allowed to hear of his origin as he worked as a tailor while his mother finalized the conquest of Ionia. He mastered the craft quickly, being blessed with his mother's quick reflexes and precision, quickly moving to special fabrics such as those cursed by the ancients of a long lost desert peoples and those of a place darker than belief. In the middle of one such piece, he was informed of his mother's passing to a warrior priestess by the name of Karma. He descended into the night with his handiwork, prepared to destroy her as she did his only mother. He eventually reached her, who shared the truth of the battle in the midst of his attack. She had reminded her of her origins and, recalling who she had been, his mother had broken down and ran off into the woods and had never been seen again. She also shared his origins and the lies in which he had been raised. She accepted him as a student, and taught him of Ionia, in all its dying glory. With this information, he decided to return to Noxus and plant the seeds of civil unrest that would allow him to retake his true home and gain revenge for his mother.
And so, he slowly knit webs of deception and fear within the capital, causing the nobles to panic and destabilize the government. He set many plans into motion, weaving together to a single point of utter destabilization for Noxus, ending its reign of terror. All the while, unbeknownst to him, the Master Tactician had been tracking him, planning with the Hand of Noxus their own overthrow and seizure of power. At his final point, they decided to act. As the Weaver of Rebellion laid the last part of his plan, the Hand of Noxus intervened, severing his arm and chasing him out of the city and well beyond the front line of the invasion. At last, the Master Tactician called him back, caring little of the bleeding rat, setting his grand scheme into action with the awakening of their long dead master, Sion.
The ensuing revolution gave him time to recover and hone his skills in what remained of Ionia. Finally, he felt himself ready to end Noxian cruelty in his land. He chose the Fields of Justice for this, his showing as a leader ready to restore Ionia.
"I can only hear the whisperings of peace from beyond this conflict. Let us bring about it." -Saiho
Allies:
Enemies:

Passive: Strings of Fate With each basic attack, the target champion or large monster gains a stack of this ability, slowing them as they move away from him in relation to the number of stacks (small amounts, say .5%/1%/2% per stack, increasing at certain levels). The stacks can be removed when anything comes between the target and Saiho (strings break with little animation), gets out of range, becomes untargetable (Zhonya's, Zed Ult, Fizz E, etc.), or teleports (anything from Flash to Ezreal e).
Q Ability: Energizing Needle Saiho throws a heavily threaded needle, dealing damage to the first enemy or obstacle hit (skillshot), regaining mana if he hits a wall or gaining a large speed boost towards an enemy with stacks of Strings of Fate.
W Ability: Sew Chaos Saiho releases needles in every direction within a range, fearing those hit who have stacks of Strings of Fate.
E Ability: Needle in a Haystack Saiho throws out a random needle on his next basic attack, dealing extra damage if it lands a critical hit.
Ultimate Ability: Will of the Thousand Saiho calls out target champion, immobilizing them and surrounding them with up to twenty four spectral versions of himself (depending on the range from which he casts it), he and his images attacking equalling 100 times for minor amounts of damage each, equalling about twice his basic attack, applying a stack of String of Fate with each wave. This would be, say, right next to the target, 3 spectral images, equalling the largest slow and root, 4 at a greater distance, 9 even further, 19 even further, then 24 at max range, having the shortest slow and root. It would have an ENORMOUS cooldown and could be interrupted by knocking up, moving, stunning, killing, etc. Saiho. They can still use abilities; it isn't a suppress.
Emotes: Laugh: Saiho doesn't feel the need to and just shakes his head. Joke: Saiho puts his arms up calmly behind his head and says: "Well, I didn't hear you ask for help!" "I feel like I'm hearing all you have to say." "No strings attached, promise." Taunt: Saiho points angrily and says: "I can already tell you won't help." "I don't listen to pleas for mercy." Dance: Saiho uses a ball of yarn to do Poi. Back: Saiho throws a needle into the air and climbs the string attached. He slides down a string at the platform. Hidden Ones: (Upon killing an enemy Darius) "That's for last time!" (Upon killing an enemy an allied Darius has attacked) "Guess that ax of yours isn't really useful, huh?" (Upon killing an enemy Swain) "Guess my plans are better, huh?" (Taunting near a Lee Sin) "Stop looking at me like that!" (Upon being shielded by Karma's E) "I guess this is just one more I owe you, huh?" (Upon being hit by Sona's Ult) Saiho stands and rubs his chin, pondering instead of dancing.
Skin Ideas: Sewn Chaos Saiho Saiho is replaced by a voodoo doll in his fashion. His abilities have darker looks and his ult has the doll simply stabbing itself to release the waves. All of his emotes become it plopping down and sitting. Holy Trinity Saiho, Lee Sin, and Sona All three are dressed in Buddhist monk-type outfits. This would go off of the "See no evil. Speak no evil. Hear no evil." ideal. Because, you know, Lee Sin can't see, Saiho can't hear, and Sona can't speak. Noxian Saiho Saiho is in heavy armor and throws daggers instead of needles.
