Could someone at Riot give me context as to why Soraka's Reaper skin is a Legacy skin? I already bought it so it makes no difference to me but I am still curious as to why this skin is being labeled as a Legacy.
Also good job Riot with Reaper Soraka, a little brighter, color-wise, than it should be in my opinion but still a great skin.
Um, because it's a Harrowing seasonal skin and will come back out once a year (and possibly other special occasions). I don't see why that is strange to you.
they probably intended it to be part of harrowing but screwed up hard on it so it wasnt released in time. $20 says it'll be in the 2014 harrowing bundle next year
It was obviously supposed to be a Harrowing skin that Riot didn't get up to code in time so they chose to release it after the Harrowing. However, they made the monumentally bad decision -- screwing over all of us who already figured out our budgets for Harrowing skins -- of releasing the skin after the Harrowing, without any warning, and still making it a Legacy skin so that they could force people to buy it ASAP and give them more money, OR at least get more money in the long run from people buying it when it comes out of the vault since this is the only time it'll every be discounted for anything as a 1350 skin.
Kinda ruins the trust I had in Riot as far as quality content and smart and fair content release goes.
