Hecarim Rework Suggestion

Passive: Gain permanent 25+ Movement speed in Jungle and River Also gain 15% of movement speed in AD
==Q== Does damage in first rotation, activating it again does same damage but knocks enemy units backwards, before going on 10 second cool down
**==W== ** Grants 20% Spell Vamp/Lifesteal with 25% attack speed while being able slightly Phantom for 5 seconds untill attacking(can be cast while charging E)
- Phantom are not invisble near enemy champions, however they will not appear as a blip on the mini map and will appear somewhat transparent , yet attackable.
==E-== Charges up running speed to 100, at 100 it passes thru enemy back passing 25% of impact as AOE damage to other enemy units giving primary target 0.5 second stun
==R-== Summons the chariots of Underworld dragging countless souls in chains, Hecarim Intially passes through first unit
fearing them, if unit stays within CENTER of ult it drags them for 1 second and increases Hecarim ult by 2 seconds, going through walls and appearing Phantom. (think the mummy scene when the horseman dragged imoteps soul to the underworld)
