[Concept] Champion leaderboards rank

Hi everyone, I have this idea proposed, added a category "leaderboard" to classify players according to a champion and the actuel rank

I'm not very good in English so I made you some small visual to better understand!

and all this for 1350 RP per champion ! (this one it's a joke)
