How can I display my ideas of skins for others to see? An app? Program?

I have several ideas and some I have written down or drawn out, but I can't exactly send drawings from my phone to this web page. How can I create something so I can prove of what I think about? I'm sure several of you have the same problem, so hopefully someone will save the day!

P.S. if a Riot member sees this, I'm proud of the current minions and monsters. They look pretty rad.

You can upload your pictures to another service (like imgur) and then post a link to the jpg or png here.

If I wanted to post something here, I know I can just copy and paste it, but what I'm saying here is HOW CAN I CREATE ARTWORK? I found the word I was looking for XD. I would post my artwork in the artwork section, not boards.
