I've witnessed a lot of people with Honor level 3 including myself! But, I have ?'s about honor caps

Hello. As of now being in honor 3, I took the time to read this webpage to get more information and questions answered. I got a notification when I got into honor 3, but kinda forgot what it said, something about congrats and the honor capsule. After I got it, I looked at the webpage. I swear I got a capsule right then and there. I looked at my loot but there was nothing, so I restarted the client and I went back and no capsule.

My good friend has been in honor 3 for about a week I believe. But he said he never got a capsule. It did say on the webpage that they come randomly. But do they really? How many capsules can we get? What happened?

You now have the ability to get capsule drops. You don't get any drops with level up.

This messaging is a bit confusing, and we are looking at updating it.

It says you unlocked capsule drops not an actual capsule

I don't know about capsules, but I have a friend that literally trolls games and gets reported every other game that got honor 3 a few days ago.

I haven't gotten it and I've gotten more honors than him.
