Great new champion Riot! But let's talk about Neeko's ult

Neeko is a very diverse champion, well, in some ways. She is almost like mashing up a bunch of champions into one, which makes those nearly useless for the similar abilities, this including Shaco, Kennen, Zoe, Lux, Kennen/Nunu. Kennen is at a huge struggle point here. He has to get his passive on several champions for his ult to even be close to what Neeko's can do. I also think most of his skins are out-of-date in my perception. I think the squirrel-ninja should have a completely different move set. Just thought you guys might agree, or by all means, disagree with me and we can talk.
