(Champion suggestion) Elvira, the Vampire queen

Lore : In a distant past Elvira was a noble married woman in a castle. She had 3 children and was happy. She loved her life and thought nothing could go wrong. Until that night. Elvira's castle was visited by a traveling merchant . She was upstairs getting dressed for a feast when suddenly she heard a scream. She went downstairs as the screams continued to see what happened . When she came she saw everybody slaughtered and the merchant revealing himself as a vampire. She attacked him , but the vampire backed off and left her . For 3 days Elvira was crying over her loss. And then she decided that the vampire must pay for what he has done. She searched everywhere for a clue or a trace of him . She also prepared herself with her encounter with the vampire and tried to learn everything she could about him. After 2 years she finally found a clue of the vampire on the Shadow isles and about his hideout. She went to the Shadow isles and went to his hideout and found him there asleep. Immediately she was overcome with rage and vengeance was her only thought. She struck her blade in the vampires heart and said : " Vengeance is mine you bastard . You will remember me for what you have done ." The vampire actually smiled at her. What Elvira didn't know is that the vampire was cursed to transform the one who killed her into the greatest vampire ever. As soon as Elvira removed her blade from his heart she was being transformed into a vampire queen . She felt immense power and the thirst for blood. When that happened Elvira thought about her careless act and learned that vengeance is not somebody's best friend , that is can turn into his greatest enemy in a mere moment. Sometimes it is better to forgive and move on. With all her power Elvira transferred her castle to the Shadow isles and ruled over her castle . From that day most people never returned home when being near her castle . Elvira is still watching and waiting for something but nobody knows what .

Elvira is a ranged/melee ability power champion. Her core strength is her high sustain and damage.

Passive: Blood thirst : Elvira's basic attacks and items deal magic damage instead of physical. She gains 10% lifesteal and spellvamp. Elvira's spell don't have cost instead she uses blood. She gains 5 blood per basic attack and 10 additional blood when she kills a unit in melee form. In ranged form she gains 5 blood per basic on enemy champion and 10/15/20 blood per spell cast . In melee form attacking at 100 blood unleashes a bloodthirsty rampage giving her 40/50/60% as and additional 10% lifesteal and spellvamp for 5 seconds. Switching forms cancels effect . In ranged form at 100 blood your next 3 spells that damage an enemy champion cause the spell to slow the enemy by 30% for 2 seconds and gain 10/15/20 spellvamp. Switching forms cancels effect . tion R : Melee form : Elvira gains 10 ms , 10% ap as bonus magic damage on basic attack and access to her melee abilities . Ranged form : Elvira gains 400 range and access to her ranged abilites

q : melee : Bite the neck : Elvira stuns an enemy for 0.5 s deals 60/100/140/180/220/260 + 0.6 ap as magic damage and heal for 5% of the enemies max hp ranged : suck their blood : Elvira deals 90/150/210/270/330/390 + 0.9 ap as magic dmg to an enemy over 3 seconds and heal for 20% of the dmg done . cooldown : 10/9.5/9/8.5/8/7.5 seconds . melee form range : 200 , ranged form range : 900

w : ranged : dark kiss : Elvira blows a dark kiss in a line damaging the first enemy hit for 70/110/150/190/230/270 + 0.5 ap and stunning the enemy for 1.5 seconds . melee : Elvira's next basic attack deals bonus 50/75/100/125/150/175 + 0.3 ap magic dmg , slows the enemy for 20/25/30/35/40 % for 2.5 s and increases her attack speed by 30/35/40/45/50% for 2 s . ranged form cooldown 15/14/13/12/11/10 range 1100 , melee form cooldown : 12/11/10/9/8/7 seconds
