Fiora rework

fiora was on riot's rework list so i made a little rework that will enhance her duelist identity. hope you guys like it

passive: duelist : whenever fiora deals psychical damage to an enemy champion or large/epic monster she marks them with 'dueled'(2 targets can't be marked at the same time only the first one will be marked). Fiora gains attack speed and lifesteal every time she deals psychical damage to the marked enemy(max 10 stacks). If fiora doesn't deal psychical damage to the enemy within 3 seconds the passive goes on a 10 second cooldown. As and lifesteal per stack : 5/10/15% as and 1/1.5/2% lifesteal

So the numbers may be a bit high but remember it's against a single enemy. It enhanced her dueling potential and makes her much better in combat. The passive before was just like meh and didn't offer much potential

q : lunge : fiora dashes to an enemy dealing 60/105/150/195/240 + 0.7 TOTAL AD and slows them for 10/15/20/25/30% for 1 second. cooldown 14/12/10/8/6 seconds mana cost 50/55/60/65/70

not much of a change expect it's just one dash but it also slows the enemy.

w : riposte : fiora blocks the next basic attack at her dealing 60/70/80/90/100% of the damage to the enemy. If she blocks she also gains 10/15/20/25/30% ms for 1 second. Cooldown 12/11/10/9/8 seconds mana cost 40/50/60/70/80

no big change either only the damage got buffed and also a nice ms boost

e : lethal strike : fiora strikes an enemy dealing 40/80/120/160/200 + 0.6 TOTAL AD( applies on-hit effects) and increases by 2% for every 1% of missing hp of the target . cooldown 10/9/8/7/6 seconds mana cost 50/55/60/65/70

so here was a big change. the switch from her as steroid to her passive made was the cause. This ability sinergizes with your passive and gives u a nice boost to damage. It is meant to be spammed in fights.

r: blitzkrieg ( working on the name, kinda fits the theme of the spell) : Fiora enters a state in which her abilities have a 1 second static cooldown and no mana cost. Lasts 6/8/10 seconds or until 10/15/20 spells have been cast. cooldown 100/80/60 seconds mana cost 100

The ultimate change wow, what to say about it heh. The idea was given to me by a riot member and i liked the idea of it..It means that you don't need your ulti to kill something instead you can use it as a teamfight helper or a nice boost to your dps.

Here it is. I hope you guys liked it and tell me in the comment section your opinions

Its pretty good, but it does need some refining.

Personally i like the double dash, i would rather have double dash then a slow. Also do not think Fiora needs or deserves a slow, but yet again this is just my personal opinion on Fiora.

The W i like, ive always said it needs to reflect a % of the damage back at them instead of just a random number of magic damage. I love the MS boost for when you parry, for me this is my favorite part of the rework.

The E i have mixed feeling about, the current E is what helps Fiora jungle and wreck turrets in lane but as it is now it is sort of lackluster. With the MS boost on her W i feel her current E would work a lot better, with a little sprucing up, then an execute which i dont think is a very good mechanic anyways. For her E ive always thought of something similar to Lucian's passive, for X amount of seconds she will attack twice, the second hit dealing X% the damage of the first hit and it can apply on hit effects.

The R is like iconic Fiora which is why i feel it doesnt need to be changed. It is what made Fiora unique (even though its just a longer version of Alpha Strike). It could use some tweaking but i think it should be kept the same roughly. Your ult isnt bad but that would mean every other second she would negate damage making her effectively impossible to kill in a one v one if you are a basic attack champion. Or you can just CC her and waste her ultimate, you can make her immune to CC but then thats overpowered. Probably best to just work with the ult she has.
