Will talon ever receive a new skin?

Hi, I one of the few people that really like to play talon, but right now there isn't any really cool skin! the only one after his dragonblade from 2012 is limited, so it's not buyable. Also it's not a cool inspired skin like for example project zed, but a 750rp inspired from a team :( I would like to see some cool skin with some effects instead of simply different dagger!
