Champion Concept: Ferrum, The Iron Will

Hi everyone! I just came up with this champion concept for an idea that just came to my mind. The idea is that his passive will grant him a champion-specific summoner spell which will be unique to him. Ferrum is a melee auto attacker who builds AD. He is Ionian and is a honorable fighter. I made both of the images on this page myself. Enjoy!

Passive: Righteous Path Ferrum gains a special summoner spell called Heart of Fire: http://imgur.com/VVxbjnS After Ferrum activates Heart of Fire, his next basic spell (Q,W,E) and next basic attack will deal 150% damage (Does not stack with critical strikes) _ Heart of Fire has a 10 second cooldown_

Q: Flash Step 6 second cooldown Ferrum dashes and instantly auto attacks target enemy for 120% base AD, then blinks to his original location. If Heart of Fire is activated with Flash Step, the basic attack will deal 200% damage instead

W: Pulsating Strike 8 second cooldown After a 1 second delay, Ferrum deals 40 (+50% AP) (+50% AD) damage and slowing enemies in a small cone in front of him.

E: Cheap Shot 5 second cooldown Ferrum kicks target enemy, dealing 50 (+75% AD) Damage and reducing their armor and magic resist by 25%

R: Devastating Strike 60 second cooldown Ferrum Charges his right leg and then does a spin-kick, which shoots in a line in target direction, dealing 250 (+100% AD) and knocking enemies up briefly.
