Hey Mister Sunglow, I looked into this for you and it looks like the initial messaging you got was the incorrect messaging. We're sorry for the confusion. We went ahead and un-deleted that post and you can find it here.
In this case, if you'd like to re-create it so it's fresh on the Concepts & Creations Board instead of bumping it, you can go ahead and do that.
In general, anything that's specifically discussing Riot art and/or lore directly is good in the Story, Art, & Sound Board. Suggestions like yours for new maps, art, lore, skins, etc, are best placed in the Concepts & Creations Board.
Ah, I see the problem. You said it was an Ionia map. Riot is avoiding anything Ionia related like the plague at the moment if it doesn't involve Ahri :p Seriously though, I hope Riot lets you post it under the correct board (which you had right the first time under concepts and creations >.>). I love Ionia and would love to see a map that uses it as a location.
