Cancelling bans?

I don't know if this is possible but, I wish there was a system where if you wanted to, you could choose to basically stop anyone from banning a champ, for example you stop them from banning , but one of the other teams player banned , so basically you can choose but for anyone else, he is banned, idk if this would work but I think it might be a good concept, what are your thoughts?

Edit: to make things less confusing, a few things also from now on I am calling this idea an anti-ban sorta system, 1. when you start the game you have to choose to use an anti-ban instead of a normal one 2. no matter what, if you used an anti-ban on a champ, you can play that champ even if its banned, you of course can't play it if the other team picks it first tho (although there is one way for it to be perma banned, check rule 9) 3. the anti-ban only works for you, you alone, say your team bans a champ you wanted to try out, you anti-ban it and then you can play it but the other team can't unless they do the same 4. if you choose the anti-ban you get a little menu on the side with all the champs a search bar and a filter, you can choose when you use it, meaning if you want to use it before you pick a champ and you want to play a champ thats been banned, you anti-ban it 5. if you and another player both anti-ban the same champ (very unlikely but) you both can choose the champ even if its banned, only one person can play the champ, but if that enemy picks the champ your anti-ban is refunded 6. if you choose to use an anti-ban instead of a normal one you can go back to a normal one, but only for 10 seconds before it goes back to a anti-ban 7. you only get one or the other 8. the enemy team will be alerted that you have used an anti-ban, but they won't know which champ you used it on 9. if both teams ban a champ, you cannot use that champ, even if you anti-banned it
