A new game mode for newbies and experienced players.

Tutorial sucks. I have an idea. There should be a mode where a newbie player can play against a good (plat+ or maybe gold+) player in a 1v1, that would help them understand the game, even if they would get completely smashed. That mode would be called "Help your kouhai". You would literally gain something for teaching others (an orb or BE or a skin) and they would gain knowledge and maybe some BE. It would start just like URF or other game mode.

(Not hating on idea, just stating some flaws) This effectively leaves our Iron - Silver players then? Unless by newbie you mean players from Iron - Silver.

Also, I highly doubt Gold+ players would take the more seriously. If you think about this mode, it’s essentially - smash a newbie, get rewards.

It wouldn’t actively teach newbies anything, as the gold+ players would just smash the newbie players into the ground. Unless they specifically point out flaws and mistakes that the newbies are making, newbies aren’t going to learn anything besides getting smashed repeatedly.

You can still learn from being smashed. Also I trust that our community is toxic, but when they have an opportunity to be nice, they are nice. That would be this opportunity. I am extremally toxic and I would love to help some newbies for free. It is fun. Especially when you follow their accounts and they are doing great after your advices.

I mean it doesn't have to be this way. Riot might as well make a new feature in the client that would allow new players to gain some knowledge, but that is a lot of work.

There are so many ideas that can be used to help those players, but of course we have that ... tutorial ... and then they have runes locked until a certain level and summoner spells as well ... that is a hard enviournment to learn in.

Let's be clear here. Riot should make an effort to help those poor souls to learn how to play properly, so that they aren't smashed in their games, because right now new players are scared of playing normal and ranked games. They get flamed because they are diving the turrets at lvl 3. They know nothing and tutorial is not helping.
