On the Subject of Victorious Skins

I was thinking about the rewards for having reached Gold in Ranked by the end of the Season. I'm no Goldie myself (Ah, the marshy smell of Bronze 4,) but maybe a nice added perk to having reached Gold or higher is being able to choose which Victorious Skin you receive? I don't know what it is for Season 5, but I'd feel bad for people who get skins that they'd never use. Like, I wouldn't use 95/130 of the Victorious skins on champions, so it would be really nice to be able to get them from a past season! So, a serious question to Riot, would it be difficult to do something like that for end of Season rewards? And as a serious question to players, would you like the option?

TL;DR I WANT VICTORIOUS JANNA

Eh, wouldn't really make sense. The Victorious skin goes to the champion who made the most impact in the season. You can't just shift that around. Plus, getting Victorious skins from previous seasons would really confuse people. "Hey, you got Victorious Jarvan? Nice! You must be a vet." "Nah bro, I started in S5." "....Wut."

I have no idea what Riot was thinking with victorious morgana. Out of all the most played LCS champs, morgana is the one that nobody really liked to play as or against, and only used because she was so broken. We could have seen victorious shyvanna, lucian, kha'zix, etc. But instead we get morgana. I think I've used the skin maybe twice since I got it.

this defeats the purpose, because the Victorious skin is based off witch champ most impacted the season in ranked. Also each season's is different so when u see someone with one, you know witch season they won, Hence it is very rare to see victorious Jarvan, as he was the first.
