Lutris, Gravity's Willkeeper! New Champion, CC (drag) and mechanics!
I typically write a short excerpt or lore themed material for my champion concepts, however this champion is rather straightforward. If anyone would like to add lore or a story, let me know!

Lutris is a CC tank/support. His ult is very fun imo
Lutris, Gravity's Willkeeper
Passive: Core Whenever Lutris is struck by an enemies attack, he gains one stack. Each stack increases his bonus armour/Mr by 5%, up to 15 stacks. After 15 stacks, Lutris' density collapses, dragging (Displaced/grounded but NOT airborne) in all enemies who applied a stack (Or all nearby enemies) a certain distance.
Q: Flickering Neutron Lutris sends out a ball of dense neutrons that travels in a line. Lutris can reactivate the ability after a delay to crush the ball, dragging (Displaced/grounded but NOT airborne) enemies to the core, inflicting 50/100/150/200/250 (+20% total armor, +20% total MR) damage. If Lutris does not reactivate, the ball will explode at the end of its path, dealing the same damage and slowing enemies.
Note: This is basically an Oriana ball/Anivia Q packed in one, but based on tank stats.
W: Self Compact Passive: Lutris gains 5/10/15/20/25% bonus Armor/MR Active: Lutris solidifies his being, taking 20/30/40/50/60% reduced damage for .75 second. This can be recast 2 more times in a 6 second time frame before going on cooldown. Enemies who auto attack Lutris during this time frame take 20/40/60/80/100 (+10% armour, 10% MR) damage
E: Topography Lutris opens a zone around him proportional to his bonus armour/MR and skill rank (Think Frozen Gauntlet scaling) Enemies caught in this zone experience heavy gravity, slowing them by 10/15/20/25/30% Allies are made light as a feather, increasing their movement speed respectively.
Note: This size of this zone is questionable, but is based on skill level and bonus defensive stats. The zone can either STAY like Trundle's Frozen Domain, or it can follow Lutris as he warps space-time around him.
R: Gravity Well After a brief delay, Lutris summons a small black hole at the target location for 4 seconds. The being rapidly devours the air and space around it, DRAGGING champions toward the center. Champions who are pulled to the center, or are caught in its dissipation, are dealt 100/200/300 (+20% Bonus Armor/MR) damage. The drag PULLS champions, reducing their movespeed by 375/400/425. Champions who have their movespeed dropped below zero are PULLED to the center, while those above are slowed moving away from the core.
Note: This is a continual CC in a small/medium radial area. Enemies have their movespeed reduced by the respective ranking. Any enemies who are reduced below 0 are dragged, meaning they are grounded and being forced to the center. This ability can also be scaled via enemies caught in the circle upon cast, ie 50 damage per unit caught in the core (50% reduced damage for each minion)
