IDEA: Skin Creation & Publish Competition!

(I don't know if this idea has been created before on Boards or not.)

My idea:

Riot Games would do a 'Make-A-Skin Competition' once (or twice) in a year. There would be a different section on Boards for that time for people to post their skin conceptions with self-made drawings etc. about their own skin idea. Only one skin concept could be made by a single person for that time. The skin concept with the most upvotes would get looked at by Riot's skin designers and they would make a decision if that skin would even be possible to make. If it would be possible, Riot would publish that skin in to the game (as was done with the Battle Bunny Riven and Surprise Party Fiddlesticks).

Example: a person creates a skin concept let's say about Lucian,named 'Pilot Lucian' with his own clear drawing about the concept. This thread would become the most upvoted skin concept in 'Make-A-Skin Competition'. Then Riot's Designers would look at the concept and if it would not be too complex to make and a miserable amount of coding,they would make that skin and release it. The creator of the skin would get that skin for free and everyone other would get it by buying it from the store by RP.

(Even more crazier idea: creator of the skin would get a special chroma for that skin that no one else would obtain to show that he is the creator of that skin.)

Post your opinions about this, tell the upsides and downsides of the idea. A rioter's opinion would also be welcomed.
