Jinx gets a tower @ 4min mark with only dorans blade.

So, me and my support died in bot lane at 4 min mark because we did not handle the trade well. When we were heading to lane, Jinx already got first tower with only dorans blade. Idk what is the problem, weak towers or Jinx's passive vs towers. How can it be balanced that from 1 mistake at 4 min mark, enemy takes the tower with only a dorans blade. Sona was Jinx's support.
