[Champion Concept] Nokk and Alba (Current Version)

Special -Alba- Health - 5HP HP Regen - 1HP per 5 (1HP per 20 at 0HP) only regens HP if Inactive Move Speed - 400 Alba has a vision range of 600. While in play Alba will move towards Nokk, and become inactive once she reaches him. If Alba comes into contact with a Hostile Unit they are delt physical damage equal to 100% AD, This cannot occur on the same target for 2.5 seconds which is reduced by Bonus Attack Speed. While in contact with a Hostile Unit she will gain a boost of movement speed (25%) as she moves around them. If she is damaged by an Enemy Champion they gain 1 Gold, if she is killed they gain 10 Gold. If killed Alba will instantly be pulled back to Nokk, and if he is 'attached' to an Enemy Champion he will drop off.
Passive - Treble Hook: If Nokk or Alba deal physical damage to a Hostile Unit they are debuffed with 'Foul-Hooked' for 8 seconds. Units suffering from this debuff move away from Nokk at a reduced speed (-30 movement speed).
Q - Casting (CD None): Nokk throws Alba (1200 range), putting her into play. If Alba is in play Casting becomes 'Hook-Set'. Hook-Set (CD 18/16/14/12/10): Alba dashes (400) in a target direction, passing through all Units in her path. If Alba dashes through a hostile unit who is already debuffed with 'Foul-Hooked' they are dragged with her. If Alba dashes over a 'Lily' Hook-Set's Cool Down is reset. If Alba kills a Hostile Unit duing Hook-Set, she gains 1HP, and the dash is extended by 10/20/30/40/50. Alba has to have at least 1 HP to use 'Casting' or 'Hook-Set'. If 'Hook-Set' is cast while Alba is dashing the current dash ends, and the new one will start.
W - Bleeding Heart (CD 2, Recharge 30/25/20/15/10, Charges/Active 2/2/3/3/4): Nokk throws a Lily (1400 Range) into play. This Lily has 3 HP, and can be damaged by Alba during 'Hook-Set' or Nokk's and Enemy Champion Auto Attacks. If the Lily is damaged by Nokk or Alba, Hostile Units within range (200) are slowed by 50/55/60/65/70% for 2 seconds. If the Hostile Unit is debuffed with 'Foul-Hooked' they are stunned for 1 second.
E - Cast Net (CD 24/22/20/18/16): Nokk quickly jumps a short distance (250), dealing 105/140/175/210/245 (+50% AD) physical damage to Non-Champion Hostile Units where he lands (200 radius). If he lands on a Champion he will attach to them, reactivating while Cast Net is on Cool Down will cause Nokk to drop off. While attached Nokk loses control of his movements, but Alba will be put into play and will control her movements instead (she will not retreat). Friendly Champion - Nokk and this Champion count as one Unit. Nokk will absorb all damage and Non-CC debuffs, but CC debuffs will affect both. If Nokk gains Health, he will heal this Champion equal to the health gained up to his Health Regen rate. Hostile Champion - Nokk and this Champion cannot Auto Attack, Skill Shot or Target Each other, but AoEs will act as normal. This Champion becomes immune to 'Foul-Hooked' while Nokk is attached. Nokk will steal a portion of any health this Champion gains, up to his Health Regen rate. If Nokk gains Health, he will deal physical damage to this Champion equal to the health gained up to his Health Regen rate. *Nokk will stay attached unless he is knocked up/back/pulled, the Champion becomes Immune, or he uses teleport or dash style abilities like 'Cast Net', 'Flash', 'Hextech Protobelt-01. *
R - Dredge (CD 120/90/60): Nokk radiates his cloak in all directions (350+5/10/15 per stack of 'Things') for 8 seconds. Hostile Units standing on Nokk's cloak are dealt physical damage equal to health he gains. Hostile Units who are debuffed with 'Foul-Hooked' and standing on Nokk's cloak will lose vision outside of his cloak. If a Hostile Unit dies while standing on Nokk's cloak, Dredge's duration is extended by 1 second. When Dredge is active, It will change into 'Dredging'. Dredging (CD 2/1.5/1, consumes 10 stacks of 'Things'): Hostile Units who are debuffed with 'Foul-Hooked' and standing on his Nokk's cloak are pulled towards him (25/50/75). Passive - If a Hostile Unit debuffed with 'Foul-Hooked' dies, Nokk gains a stack of 'Things'.
-LORE - Nokk takes 'things' that fall into the water he resides in. Making them a part of him, and growing into something more twisted and horrifying as the moments pass. Starting off as little more than a flicker deep in the water. This flicker began gathering all that decided to join him in the dark abyss, slowly becoming more than it used to be, but was always so very cold, always left wanting. He continued to collect, but eventually he found something that he wanted but could not reach, a poor fisherman's daughter. This 'thing' would sing to her father, warming his soul as he struggled to provide for his family. Nokk wanted this, and while the fisherman was alone, Nokk approached him. Trying to tempt the fisherman with deals for his daughter, Alba. Out of desperation for the rest of his family, and despair at their inevitable fate if he did not take the deal, he finally agrees to surrender her. Immediately distraught on discovery of the deal, but she would go through it for her families well being. Cold and terrified of Nokk's ghastly appearance, she would sit on the rocks in the water crying as she lamented her situation. Unable to sing as he would demand because her heart would hurt so much. Frustrated, Nokk tried cheering her with all the things he could find that were once lost to the abyss. Giving her everything from fish bones, to precious treasures, but the only thing that could even get her to stop crying were the water lilies her father would bring home to her. Soon her father returned to the water's edge, regretting the deal he made, and called to Nokk. He was pleading for his daughters return, but Nokk refused any idea of giving up Alba. Thinking of how she would sing for the fisherman and not him, he lashed out at the fisherman pulling him deep into the water. He became just another thing that stepped into the water. As Nokk returned to Alba, he began pleading with Alba to sing, as her father did with him, and she realized the fate of her father. This sadness was more than she could bear, and she began searching for the the sharpest of the things Nokk had given her. With a single stab to her heart, she began to fade. Nokk, furious and unwilling to give up what was his, began carving out his own heart in an attempt to revive her, making her just another twisted part of him in the process. She is alive, but with every failed attempt Nokk gives to cheer he, the memories of the family she no longer has comes flooding back in like the abyss they live in.
