-Stats- Health 575-2105 (+90) Health Regen 7.95-19 Melee 125 Attack Damage 50-100 Attack Speed 0.65 ARMOR 25-90 MAGIC RES. 30 MOV. SPEED 350
-Abilities- Passive - Closefisted: Every 100 Gold earn, Gou gains 1 'Silver Serpent', bringing him one step closer to his life's goal. Gou does not gain Attack Speed when he levels up, but each Silver Serpent will increases Attack Speed by 1% until he reaches the Attack Speed Cap. Every 1% Attack Speed he would gain from Silver Serpents above the Attack Speed Cap will instead increase his AD by 1%. Attack Speed gained from Items is applied before Attack Speed gained from Silver Serpents If Gou deals damage with an ability to an Enemy Champion he 'Bets' 1 Silver Serpent (if available) against them. He will lose a Silver Serpent as it applies a stacking buff on the enemy champion for up to 6 seconds after they leave combat. If 'Bets' expire Gou is refunded all Silver Serpents . If Gou kills or assists in killing a target with 'Bets' against them he will earn 2 Silver Serpents per stack. If an Enemy Champion with 'Bets' against them kills or assists in killing Gou, they gain 5 extra Gold per stack.
Q - Strike Body (Cross) (CD 10-6): (AA reset) Gou's next attack in 6 seconds is enhanced dealing (10%/20%/30%/40%/50% AD) additional physical damage. After this attack Q/W/E change for 2 seconds, if none of these are cast, reduce the CD of Strike Body by 2 seconds. Casting a changed skill reverts all skills back to normal >Q - Strike Sight (eye gouge): (AA reset) Gou's next attack in 6 second deals 50% damage, but Blinds the target for 1/1.1/1.2/1.3/1.5 second. >W - Strike Fangs (throat strike): (AA reset) Gou's next attack in 6 second deals 50% damage, but Silences the target for 1/1.1/1.2/1.3/1.5 seconds. >E - Strike Breath (solar plexus strike): (AA reset) Gou's next attack in 6 second deals 50% damage, but Grounds and Slows (70% degrading) the target for 1/1.2/1.4/1.6/2 seconds.
W - Slipping Punches (CD 24-12): Gou delays his next Auto Attack by 0.5 to dodge the next Auto Attack or Skill Shot in 0.5 seconds (Skill Shots pass through Gou). If an Auto Attack or Skill Shot is dodged reset the CD of Slipping Punches and he gains a stack of 'Rolling'. Follow up casts of Slipping Punches will refresh the delay of Gou's next attack up to 0.5 seconds, but never more. Rolling - increase Gou's movement speed by 2.5% per stack of Rolling. Gou's next auto attack expends all stacks of Rolling to increase damage by 5% for every stack of Rolling. Rolling will last for 6 seconds before all stacks fall off.
E - Shoulder Rush (shoulder check)(CD 14-6): Gou dashes (325), pushing the first hostile unit that comes into contact with him to the end of the dash. During and up to 0.5 seconds after dashing (Shoulder Rush, Flash, Hextech Protobelt-01, Etc) Q/W/E change. Rush can be cast during 'Slipping Punches'. >Q - Leaping Punch (superman or jumping punch)/Uppercut: Gou cancels his current dash and dashes (325) again stopping at the first Hostile Unit he comes into contact with dealing 100/105/110/115/120% AD in physical damage and stuns them for 1 second. If a target is being pushed by 'Rush', the current dash is canceled, they are dealt 110/120/130/140/150% AD in physical damage and are knocked up for 1.5 second. >W - Pushing Hands: At the end of Gou's dash he pushes all hostile units in his melee range, outside of his melee range (125+AA range enhancers like Rapid Firecannon) in target direction, delaying their next Auto Attack by 0.5 seconds. >E - Feint: Gou cancels his dash and returns to his original position. Reduce the CD of Rush by 3 seconds.
R - Finishing Strike (CD 60-30)- (AA reset) Gou's next attack that is not enhanced by 'Strike Body' or it's changed Q/W/E in 6 seconds is enhanced dealing (100/150/200% AD) additional physical damage. Finishing Strike has an addition effect depending on the last basic ability cast within 6 seconds. If this expires, reduce the cooldown by half. -Q (liver punch) The target is rooted for 3 seconds. -W (counter cross) increase critical strike chance of this attack by 5/10/15% per stack of Rolling. If Slipping Punches dodges an attack or skillshot within the past 1.5 seconds this attack will deal true damage. -E (haymaker) Gou delays the next attack by 0.5 seconds and the next target attacked is stunned and nearsighted for 2 seconds.
-LORE- Gou is a resident of Bilgewater, living and 'working' in the slums just past Butcher's Bridge. His only talent in the world is throwing and catching fists, and he uses this talent to make his living entertaining people in the shady alleys and under docks. He has a reputation in the local fighting rings for fighting 'proper' but has been know to hit below the belt if he thinks his opponent is acting in 'bad form'. Rarely seen spending his winnings on anything other than gambling, flipping tables and kicking dice as he goes into a rage after he loses. Like many citizens of Bilgewater, Gou has experienced the horrors of the Harrowing, but unlike the others he lost more than most by the first light. He was feeling empty and barely clinging to life, and his vision began to fade while the mist retreated from the raising sun. In this darkness, he started seeing the disembodied souls left behind, morning over their fresh corpses. He had lost his soul to the creatures of the black mist. Remembering the stories he heard, he knew the fate of those touched by the Shadow Isle. Destined to become just another souless corpse with no will of his own, he started reaching at the lost souls, hoping to find his. With every swipe of his hands he scooped up parts of the souls, filling the emptiness within his body, and bringing light to his vision once again. This stay of fate, for him and the lost souls, is only delaying the inevitable, and soon they will fall to their curse if he does not find them salvation. Despite no longer aging, his death creeps closer with time. Speaking to the religious and the superstitious, he learned of a way he MAY avoid his fate. The information he's gathered lead him to believe that if he has a proper burial and accepting a peaceful death, his body, and 'his' new soul will not become servants of the Shadow Isle. So now he collects as many Silver Serpents as he can to buy a death that he can accept, the most elaborate funeral Bilgewater has and will ever see.
-Additional Info/Flavor- Gou's name comes from the uncodified fighting style 'Gouging' also know as 'Rough and Tumble' which is also where he gets half of his title. The other half comes from the term 'Ground and Pound', but because he has no ground game he is all Rough and Pound. The souls Gou collected were fading and less than whole. So when he absorbed them they filled his soulless vessel of a body becomes a single whole soul. Kind of like a frankenstein's monster of souls. If Illaoi uses her E-Test of Spirit to pull out Gou's soul, it has a different model, as he does not have his original soul He is covered in scars and missing 2 fingers on his right hand (bitten off) from fights in the underground fighting rings. He takes great pride in that many have tried to gouge out his eyes but all have failed. panics if he gets blinded/nearsighted He is willing to fight dirty if he feels he needs to, but doesn't like biting or being bitten. 'I'm not above biting... but I generally don't like the taste...' ~taunt against champions that bite He grew up poor and in the slums, and cannot read or write. Once he was cursed he traveled so he could talk to people learning about religions, mythologies, and superstitions pertaining to death and different afterlives (afterlifes?). 'No pictures?!? NOT interested! ~comments on book themed item purchased His current plan once he can finally afford his funeral celebration, is that he wants Illaoi to give his final rites before she kicks him into his coffin, knocking it into the waters of Bilgewaters's Graveyard, and 'peacefully' drowning in the proccess. He wants her to do this because he knows once he chooses to die he would stop moving forward and Illaoi would not stand for that, going all out with her kick. He knows the Boatman of Bilgewater personally, and he helps him plan his funeral celebration. He does not like the taste of fish, and because of this he unreasonably doesn't like Fizz. He knows the stories of Kindred, and wondering which one he will see before death, as he is running from Wolf, but seeking Lamb. 'Sorry dear Wolf, i'm searching for your better half.' ~ If he kills/assists against Kindred Champions and Stories of the Shadow Isle frighten him. He is afraid of these Champions because he hears that most if not all could steal his soul (again!), and enslave his corpse.
