Champions Shards in Hextech Chests

Since you guys gave us the option to buy champion shards in the shop for 1700 IP, could we stop getting them in chests? Getting only Skins, Wards, and Summoner Icons is good enough. Getting key shards is already stressful enough, and when we finally get keys we end up getting something that we could easily buy in the shop for IP.
