So basically, this is something I brainstormed a couple years ago or something, and I've decided to post it here because why not, right? Just want to give Quinn and Valor some love. If you want to discuss it, that's cool, if you like it, that's nice, if you think it's shit and just want to talk about how shit it is, whatever, I don't care. Just wanted to share something that shows Valor as more than a glorified mascot. Enjoy however you like.

Quinn and Valor Demacia's Wings Marksman - Fighter Statistics: Health: 532.8(+85) Health Regen: 5.42(+0.55) Mana: 268.8(+35) Mana Regen: 6.97(+0.4) Range: 525 Attack Damage: 56.46(+2.41) Attack Speed: 0.668(+3.1%) Armour: 23.38(+3.5) Magic Resist: 30 Movement Speed: 335

Passive: Harrier Range: 525 Cooldown: 8-2.928 (based on critical strike chance %) Physical Damage: 15-100 (based on level)(+16-50[based on level]% AD) Valor periodically marks a nearby visible unit as Vulnerable, revealing them for 4 seconds. This also activates on units hit directly by Blinding Assault and Vault. Quinn's next basic attack against a Vulnerable target deals bonus physical damage. Harrier is disabled while Tag Team is active and for a few seconds after a target's mark ends. The cooldown of Harrier is reduced by critical strike chance with diminishing returns.

First Basic Ability (Default Q): Blinding Assault Range: 1025 (cast range) Effect Radius: 210 (ranged)/275 (melee) Cost: 50/55/60/65/70 mana Cooldown: 11/10.5/10/9.5/9 Physical Damage: 20/45/70/95/120 (+80/90/100/110/120% AD) Active (Quinn State): Quinn commands Valor to fly forward in a line, stopping when he collides with a unit, dealing physical damage and applying blind for 1.5 seconds. Non-champion targets are disarmed instead for the same duration. Active (Valor State): Valor's next basic attack becomes empowered, dealing physical damage and applying blind for 1 second. Non-champion targets are disarmed instead for 1.5 seconds.

Second Basic Ability (Default W): Heightened Senses Range: 2100 (Quinn State)/1800 (Valor State) Cooldown: 50/45/40/35/30 Bonus Attack Speed: 20/25/30/35/40% Bonus Movement Speed: 20/25/30/35/40% Passive (Quinn State): Attacking a Vulnerable target grants Quinn bonus attack speed and bonus movement speed for 2 seconds. Active (Quinn State): Quinn orders Valor to reveal the area around her for 2 seconds. Passive (Valor State): Valor permanently gains the attack speed (at a 50% reduced rate) and movement speed (at a 100% increased rate) bonuses from Heightened Senses. Active: (Valor State): Valor orders Quinn to reveal the area around him for 1.5 seconds.

Third Basic Ability (Default E): Vault Range: 675 (cast range)/525 (dash range) Cost: 50 mana Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 Physical Damage: 40/70/100/130/160 (+20% bonus AD) Active (Quinn State): Quinn dashes to the target unit, knocking them back a short distance, dealing physical damage, and slowing them by 50% which decays over 1.5 seconds, before leaping back and landing away from them. Active (Valor State): Valor dashes into attack range of a target champion, dealing physical damage, blinding them for 0.5 seconds and slowing them by 50% which decays over 1.5 seconds. Passive: Quinn and Valor have separate cooldown timers for Vault.

Ultimate Ability (Default R)(Quinn state): Tag Team Cost: 100/100/50/0 mana Static Cooldown: 3 Active: Quinn channels for 1.25/1/0.75/0.5 seconds. Upon successful completion, Valor takes her place on the battlefield, gaining bonus attack speed and movement speed from Heightened Senses and reducing basic attack range to 120 units. Ultimate Ability (Default R)(Valor state): Skystrike Range: 700 Physical Damage: 50/50/75/100 (+60/65/70/75% Bonus AD) Active: Quinn returns to perform Skystrike, dealing physical damage to all units within range. Skystrike activates automatically if Valor is hit with a stun, suppression, forced action or stasis, dealing 50% damage. Passive: Valor gains 5/10/15/20 basic attack range.
