No more jobs?

Ok so like 1 year ago Riot games had a thing where you could join them but now it' gone. So I guess I am too late so, is there any way to submit ideas besides this here. Because her It doesn't seem you read all these discusions. Also your merch store could use some improvement like, for starters, can we get posters, pillows, and more household stuff and also I LOST my chance to get that Evelynn Hoodie because it now just says 'Be ack soon' just a bit of a heads up.
