OK so I saw while looking for images of Evelynn that someone drew a Cyberpop Evelynn skin and I think it look steller and riot should consider adding it, cause I would buy it.
Same story with Tahm, you could look at the mafia skin that the creator drew but it was not as detailed as the Evelynn one so you can freestlye on that one.

Both are interesting ideas, but I don't know if it's worth trying. On the other hand, there WERE skins that were originally suggested by the community, so I guess it is at least worth a try.
