So I just want to start off by saying this I have been playing this game a long time and I do not post often but I think this is a great idea it is only a ruff draft of a concept because I know how great this community is and riot and with all that think tank off knowledge we could make this happen! So first off this champ allows to progress through every game in a different path it gives the champion diversity that riot is trying to bring to the table because every game you might need to build different. So Blue starts off as a lowly caterpillar in the jungle but can build into a deadly melee assassin or a quick ranged moth his passive depends on which stage of the game and what form he is in. All of his basic attacks pretty much are consistent between forms just act different the forms go as follow 1-5 caterpillar 6-11 you form a cocoon around your body gaining defensive stats and a defensive ult. when you hit lvl 11 you really make your choice you choose between you smell the taste of blood and break out of your cocoon and become a crazed melee assassin that ult binds his target suppressing it over a period of time and gains true damage on his q or B) you bide you time and stay in your cocoon longer... at lvl 16 you get your final lvl of your ult and if you stayed in your tanky cocoon you emerge a killer moth ready to rain pain whos basic attacks become range and gains a dash on q that can jump walls and the ult will be deadly spores.

q) is the same for all forms except for the moth it is just slightly different in the final forms it is a melee attack that if it finish's off a big monster or minion you gain a stack for your w. this is your primary source of damage other then basic attacks always use to last hit with. in melee assassin form this attack gains true damage. and in moth from you loose the charges for w (w becomes recover so doesn't need charges) but it becomes a ranged dash attack that can go over walls w) so passively leveling it increases attack speed and the active on it is consume a charge( max 3) gain back a bit of health and mana. when your in moth form instead of having to charge stacks the move just becomes a recover with a decent cd. e) is going to be the same through all forms its going to be a skill shot that if it hits I slows the target that the slow becomes stronger over a few seconds then end in a 1 sec snare in moth from this will become an aoe effect

the stats gain per level will depend on what form you choose basically if your doing well and can ut the other team out quick you go as the deadly assassin but if your falling a bit behind you can stay in your tank form and wait your time until end game when you hit your full potential
