Rito free skins for me?

Hey guys just wanted to know if it was just some random happenstance that i was getting skins from riot or was there a reason if it is a bug i am fine with having the skins taken off if they aren't mine to have but i just want to know what is going on because it seems odd that i am getting skins and none of my friends are. Please help me understand the rito gods, also if they are meant to be mine thank you riot for them because they are fairly gorgeous skins.
