Ky - A Yordle Champion of a Rouge

Hello everyone, i'm a bit rusty in making new Champions, so this would be my latest Post in a year & a half. Please leave a comment down bellow on what you think of Ky overall, and leave hints & tips on what you think might make her better, or more balanced. I enjoy creative feedback. If you guys ask i will provide a Backstory.

Ky, Rouge of the Outlands. Place of Origins: Bandle City. Primary: Marksmen. Secondary: Support. Additional Roles: Player Choice.

Upon Selection: Be clever & be full of tricks. Arriving on the Rift: Let’s see what todays challenge procures shall we?

Statistics: Attack Power: 8. Defense Power: 4. Ability Power: 2. Difficulty: 7.

Health: 369(+31) Health Regen.: 2.1(+0.38) Manna: 277(+0.32) Mana Regen.: 2.0(+0.39) Attack Range: 520(Range) Attack Damage: 51(+3.3) Armor: 15(+2.0) Magic Res.: 30(+0) Attack Speed: 0.630(+2.2%) Move. Speed: 342

Friends: Ivern: Ky can take advantage of Ivern's Bush placement to fully utilize her Q-Ability, and the added snare from Ivern can help her lock-down troublesome enemies. Ky can even use Daisy as a big distraction to help her land her W-Ability, or help gain distance with her E-Ability.

Lulu: Lulu can supply Ky with more tricks to help her deal damage, and trip up her opponents. the use of Lulu's Pix can help Ky defend herself or help at adding more DPS with Glitter Lance, the Polymorph is pretty self-explanatory.

Enemies: Thresh: A Thresh is a strong pain in the a** for Ky, as he Hooking & flailing can make get out of her safety spots, and can make her leave safe zones that she would mostly be hiding in. while his shields aren't a big detriment to her DPS, if Thresh can make through her more damaging skills she'll be out of luck to really do anything to him.

Fizz: Its no secret that Fizz is a nimble little guppy. and when against a Yordle like Ky who has 0 Mobility to escape him, or land her own defensive moves on him, Ky is pretty much fish food for a Fizz. and Ky's E won't do much since Fizz can just easily jump over it, as the trap doesn't stop 'aerial' movements like Jumps or Leaps.

Appearance: (Bodily design) .imagine Tristana but her body coloring is a light grey color, her hair is more ratty & shaggy and is black instead. Her left eye is milky white while her right eye is a deep brown, the left eye has a huge scar over it. Ky also has a long ‘feline’ like tail that is birth defect. In terms of personality Ky is mostly quiet and rather up tight, but she can be witty when she wants to.

(Clothing & Special features) .Ky wears a shall over her shoulders, covering her chest area. the shall also has a hood with three red feathers sticking out of the left side. Her pants are tight-fitting and has large pouch on the back of her hip, with a small holster for her sling shot. Her tail has 3 silver rings on near the tip.

(Equipment) .sling shot, basic looking Y shape but with some padding around the handle, a small orange feather on the right Y-tip.

Summoner Spells: summoner 4 & summoner 7.

Item Builds: Starting Items: item 2003/item 1036/item 3340. Essential Items: item 3095/item 3009/item 3508. Offensive Items: item 3085/item 3142/item 3072/item 3033. Defensive Items: item 3053/item 3065/item 3143/item 3222.

Innate Passive: Select Your Ammunition. At the start of the game Ky can select from three different types of ammo she can use with her sling-shot, once she has selected her type of ammo it will affect her Basic Attack. Ky can switch between these ammo types every time she visit’s the Shop, and by clicking on her Passive Icon, but after switching ammo types Ky will be unable to switch to a different one for 55 seconds. So choose carefully.

Ammo #1: Metal Slug Pellet. .every 5th Basic Attack will deal 25(+4pts per Lv.)(+55% bonus AD) increased damage and will reduce the targets Armor by 30% for 1.25 seconds.

Ammo #2: Tricky Flash Powder. .after using an Ability Ky’s next Basic Attack will be loaded with a special pellet. The next Basic Attack will deal 75(+65% bonus AP) bonus Magic Damage, and will Blind the target for 1 second. This Blind effect cannot be used on the same target more than once every 5.5 seconds.

Ammo #3: Rip Wire Grenade. .every 18 seconds Ky’s next Basic Attack will fire a small bomb that releases thin wires that slice the initial enemy, and deals damage to all enemies within 160-radius around the main target. the wires also apply a Bleed for 1.25 seconds.

Q-Ability: Ambush Tactics. Range: Self-Use. Cool Down: 21/19/17/15/13. Cost: 70/80/90/100/110. Passive: While in a Bush Ky’s Sight Range is increased by 45% and gains 15% Attack & Movement Speed, the bonus Speed lingers for 1.25 seconds after leaving a Bush. Activation: ** This Ability can only be activated when Ky is in a _Bush_. Upon activation Ky will turn Invisible for 4 seconds or until he uses another Ability or uses a Basic Attack, if he uses a Basic Attack while Invisible Ky will instead deal 155% Critical Damage. This enhanced Basic Attack will negate the damage from the current _Select Your Ammunition**_ type, but will still apply the bonus effect.

W-Ability: Pin ‘Em Down. Range: 550. Cool Down: 20/19/18/17/16. Cost: 100. Physical Damage: 45/75/105/135/165(+70% bonus AD). **Activation: ** After Ky has chosen a narrow path with this Ability and upon activating it, Ky will launch a small capsule in the direction he has chosen. The first enemy type that the capsule comes in contact with will be dealt Physical Damage, as well as Root the target for 1.25 seconds.

E-Ability: Bramble Wire. Range: Self-Use. Cool Down: 19/17/15/13/11. Cost: 50/60/70/80/90. Physical Damage: 25/35/45/55/65(+60% bonus AD). **Activation: ** After the initial activation of this Ability Ky will drop a small trap behind her, which opens up to create a spike covered trip wire. (the trap will be deployed 25-unites behind Ky, and will be 165-units in length in a horizontal line)

This trap will remain active on the Map for 3 seconds, enemies that pass through it will have their Movement Speed Slowed by 45% when passing through it or remain in the wire, and the Slow will progress when enemy moves out of the trap for 1 second. When an enemy passes through the trap they will be dealt Physical Damage, if an enemy remains in the trap they will continue to take damage every 0.5 seconds. If an enemy Champion Dashes into the trap they will instantly be stopped & will be unable to move for 1 second.

R-Ability: Burst Popper. Range: 755. Cool Down: 110/90/70. Cost: 165. Physical Damage: 65/85/105(+65% bonus AD). Activation: After Ky has chosen a 285-radius location with this Ability then upon its activation she will fire a large metal sphere, the sphere will remain in the air for 2.5 seconds, firing jagged sharp metal spikes everywhere in the targeted area. Any enemies within the radius will continue to be dealt Physical Damage every 0.5 second.

If Ky is in the radius of this Ability she will gain 25% Movement Speed from dodging the spikes, she will also be Immune from being damaged by enemy Champions Basic Attacks while inside the Radius for the first 1 second of the Abilities duration.

**[Playing Style & Laning][sg-syndra] ** .As a Marksmen Ky doesn't have the raw hitting power as most ADC Carry Champions do, so she really needs to rely on her teams to whiddle enemies down, or hinder the enemy with her bag of tricks to make she she damages them while not being damaged herself. Ky is more about using tactics and using her environment to her advantage, as well as make she she's in a good position (Which is why i incorporate the Bush-themed Q, use her surroundings to deal the most DPS she can while also using it as a means of keeping herself safe), but in the early stages of the Game she would mostly play as a basic ADC, but during the Mid to Late Game her abilities suit best a roaming ADC that supports her team.

.with all the roaming she would do in the mid-levels of the Match her Q comes in very handy, and when helping allies escape from tough situations, her W & E provide great escape potential, especially her E since she drops it behind her without hindering her movements.

.now her ult isn't really meant to burst-kill champions, its mostly a means of her chipping away the enemies HP to help her team get kills. if Ky is in a One-on-One situation she could use her Ult to give her the advantage, since while she's in the ults AOE it gives her immunity to Basic Attacks for 1 second.
