Champion Concept: Lorme (The Plague Spreader)
I dont have any art because I have virtually no artistic talent, and I'm not going to post any lore because I haven't thought that all out yet. However, I had an idea for a champion after seeing those new skins (iron inquisitor Kayle, cursed revenant Nocturne, black scourge Singed). I got the name "Lorme" from Charles de Lorme who designed the "plague doctor" costumes during the black plague (1600's). Anyway, here goes.
Role: Mid/Support
Passive:_ Infection_ Lorme's basic attacks and damaging abilities apply Infection. Affected enemies are dealt 5-10-15% (level 1, 8, 15) of Lorme's ability power per second for 3 seconds.
Q: Plague Rats
Lorme sends out three rats that search out enemies (prioritizes champions) dealing damage and briefly slowing them. Each rat can only hit one enemy champion. Plague Rats applies Infection
----Range: Roughly half the travel distance of
----Damage: 75, 125, 175, 225, 275 (+0.15 ap)
----Slow: 35% for 1 second at all levels
----Cooldown: 10,9,8,7,6 seconds
W: Spread
Lorme causes all enemies effected by Infection to cough, damaging and briefly stunning them and spreading the Infection to all enemies around them.
----Range affect: Same distance as
's Conflagration (his e).
----Range to use: 900
----Stun Duration: .5 seconds
----Damage: 50, 100, 150, 200, 250 flat
----Cooldown: 10 seconds
E: Quarantine Lorme quarantines an enemy champion so that they can no longer be targeted by their allies. *Basically, this would stop an enemy from being targeted by things like an ally Tahm's Devour, Soraka's Heal, Lee Sin's Safeguard, etc. but aoe affects would still work. In my head I picture a little square "quarantine" animation circling around them. ----Range: 650 ----Duration: 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4 seconds ----Cooldown: 16, 15, 14, 13, 12 seconds
R: Disease Cloud
Lorme creates a cloud above himself that pulses out diseased air. All enemies within either circle are damaged and all enemies within the inner circle are also slowed. Disease Cloud applies Infection *Think
's ultimate but with a slow in the center.

----Duration: 3 seconds
----Damage: 50, 100, 150 dps (+.2 ap)

Anyway, here is my first ever champion concept idea. It's pretty rough but it is what it is. Honestly I think the coolest part of this champion would be the Quarantine ability. It is an entirely new mechanic that I think could make the game very interesting. I was thinking of him as going back to the classic mage-type champion, while introducing a new mechanic. He isn't so much bursty as he is disruptive.
