Question about reporting

So, I had a bunch of players in the champion select section that were constantly being racist and homophobic, then in game I just muted them so I dont have any proof of it in-game. After the game they started doing it again. I reported them already, but there isnt going to be any context from "in-game". I have screenshots of it, but what do I even do with them? I feel like the "report" button only does so much.

if you mute whatever they type will still be recorded in game, has nothing to do with you muting or unmuting them

Pre and post game chat is recorded, though it helps if in your report at the end game screen you use the comment section to make a note of it being in the pre/post-game lobby. If you feel like your report at the end game screen wasn't enough (it usually is all that needs to be done) then you can send in a Support Ticket with the screen shots.
