Looking for a serious team

I am looking for a serious team that wants to actually climb the ladder and get better as aa whole. I am a top/jungle main (can mid but prefer top/jungle) Plat 5 last season, currently plat 3 and climbing steadily. I have a very large champion pool Im 22 I have decent availability, almost always after 3pm (EDT). Id prefer a team that already has 3-4 members and looking for someone to join them.
