New map and game mode

So, I've come up with my idea for a new game mode involving Piltover and Zaun. First, I drew a map (see link). Each team has starting areas. There's item shops in the starting areas for both teams, as well as item shops/upgrade shops in Piltover and Zaun. Killing villagers grants gold and experience, killing guards grants a lot of experience, but no gold. The point of the map is to claim points of contention. These help generate gold for your team, and after being held for 30 seconds they generate a flag which can be run back to base for points. Whoever has the most points at the end of the game wins. Villagers are automatically aggressive and if enough spawn in one city, new villager spawns start moving to and attacking the villagers of the other city. Piltover has less spawns, but the villagers are healthier (more hp, faster, longer range) by default. The villagers and guards can be upgraded at the shops in their respective cities if your team owns a P.O.C. in that city. If the other team takes all the P.O.C.'s in that city, the villagers keep their upgrades. Upgrades include damage, attack/move speed, range, hp and spawn rate. Every upgrade increases the gold and experience earned by killing villagers (but not guards). Villagers killing other villagers grants your team nothing, so make sure to grab those last-hits if they're fighting each other.

Totally just came up with this in 30 minutes, so I'm open to others stealing/copying/improving/commenting this idea. I just want a new game mode that can rival the main game mode in LoL.
