it just looks too good to get passed by, i've thought that it's some sort of an easter, cause i don't think it can be any other champion than urgot

I always thought it could be Xerath.
Or its Viktor's mask while it is being smelted and created. Or its just a battlecast themed skull
after reading some of the comments, i went to check what you guys said.
blitz: i really don't think it's blitz because it just doesn't follow up the theme, unless you're saying something like viktor finally getting back what he created (or so he says)
viktor's mask: it doesn't look about the same, and it looks like the mask is being pinned into a platform of some sort of a heavy machine, still a viable option none the less
xerath: this is an interesting one, he's in the theme, and the mask looks hollowish inside (just like most of his skins) BUT xerath doesn't use a face peice for his head, he instead uses a Full headgear, sorta like the one helmet bro is using (helmet bro is life, helmet bro is death)
what makes me nearly sure it's urgot that you can see a laser connecting the mask's platform to whatever body it's shown there, and judging from width i'd say urgot, that and the fact that none of the three are expecting any updates that indicate it's them, where urgot were mentioned couple of times (i think..?)
I don't think that it has to be a specific champion. I mean, the Mecha icon has an eye that none of the Mecha skins have, and I think that Viktor has non-Champions Battlecast/augmented followers. I'm not saying that it can't be Urgot, but it doesn't really look like his BC skin, and I think Riot would want to retain the current design for BC Urgot, but that is just my opinion. :)

Well as we can see,Sion has changed from a Russian(?) Accent zombie dude into an Undead maniac killer. Sooo I won't be surprised if Riot made Urgot into a killer robot (with the help of 
lorewise)But then the B.C skin won't make any sense tho.... (Except if Riot changed the robot design and made him silver/green color then I think there is a possibility)
