"I've been around for a long, long time. Don't see any reason to die. There's not one. So I just keep on living. Even if it means taking other people's lives to do it. Some shady trader. Brings in a cloak, into my tavern, the bastard. Offers it to me. Says it'll make me powerful, and successful, beyond comprehension. All it'll cost me, is a cup of ale, and a puddle of my blood. Course, he only asked for the ale. The next part he did on his own. He told me to put the cloak on. Dusty old thing. More like some sort of frontier poncho, with a hood and sleeves. Stuck a knife in my chest. And another in my hand. My left hand. The same one that allows me to do all these wonderful things. Course, I thanked the man for the cloak. Killed him. And I just left my tavern to whoever came in after I left. I felt alive, but without feeling like death was a possibility. Like this cloak was more a part of me than just some fashion accessory. It's got no pockets, but it likes to be kept full. And I like to keep it full. Because when it's empty, I'm empty. And I hate feeling empty. This cloak feeds, eats on people's greed. Animal's savagery. It lets me control things, as if I were a sadistic force of nature. Ever seen a squirrel rip a man's tongue out? I have. Made it happen. How? I was... Connected. To the squirrel. I increased its baser impulses. It was a breeze. In time I got good at doing things. Real good. Now I can damn near throw a grown man clear across a field. Yordles fly too far not to laugh. Gets me every time. But when I'm not laughing, I'm feeding. Can't help it. It don't like being empty. Just being near a crooked son of a bitch makes it stronger. Makes me stronger. Everyone is selfish. I just show them their own feelings. Sometimes it is too much for people to handle. Selfish. And weak. You think your best friends would stab you in the back? Well they would. Your front. Your side. Wherever they could stick a knife. And ten times out of ten, you give it to them. But don't take my word for it. Let me show you..."

Passive: Greed- Generate Greed while passively moving and not casting abilities. Being near one or more enemy champions increases your Greed regen by 5% per champion. Passive: Unbound- allows for usage of untethered abilities, AD scaling Passive: Bound- Allows for usage of tethered abilities. AP Scaling

Q- Unbound- "Divine Reach" Tether Skillshot, AP Scaling, tethers you to an enemy unit or jungle monster for 2.5/3.5/5/6/7 seconds. 3 Second cooldown Q- Bound- "Price of Freedom" Reactivate to remove the tether, dealing physical damage, capable of applying on hit affects. 5 second cooldown

W- Unbound- "Hand of Assurance" Targeted Melee attack, short knockback, AD scaling. 13/7/6/4/3 Second cooldown W- Bound- "Linked" Tethered Stun, traveling the length of the tether, stunning for 1/1.5/2/3.5/5 seconds. Deals Magic damage in a small AOE. 7 second cooldown

E- Unbound- "Retaliation" Shield with return damage. Shielding for 50% of max AD, Deals return damage to attacker for 60% of damage taken in the last 2/3/3.5/4/4.5 seconds, unless redirected by a tether. 20/18/15/10/8 Second cooldown E- Bound- "Traitorous Hearts" If Retaliation has not been used, deal true damage based on nearby enemies allied champs/structures. 10/30/60/100/150 Per Allied Champ/Structure. Plus 20% Total AP If Redirecting Retaliation, deal true damage based upon damage absorbed by Retaliation to the tethered champion. 100% of damage absorbed as true damage plus 20% of your total HP. 30 second cooldown/ redirected tethers half the cooldown to 15 seconds.

R- Bound ONLY- "Cluster-Luck" Spread the tether to any nearby enemy champions, root them for 2/2.2/3 seconds and deal DOT per champions that remain tethered. 100/200/250 Removing the Debuff from an enemy champion voids the incoming damage by up to 1/5th. Use the equation (D=L×X) where D is Damage, L is the damage of the ability based on level, and X is the number of champions tethered. Tethered abilites apply to all tethered champions. 180/90/60 Second cooldown.

(AUTHOR'S NOTE) I honestly cooked this up in an insomniatic haze. I think he would be an outstanding Jungle or Top Laner. Due to his counter jungling/Objective securing opportunities. If you can manage resources AND cooldown timers, you should never be left without an option. I would like to add that, Greed cost (the resource bar) for each ability will be added tomorrow. As for right now, this is what I have. But expect Resource costs to be mid to high, to offset the huge amount of wombo and to increase the skillcap of this champion.

Post Statement, I could literally only imagine him meeting High Noon Twisted Fate and having an interaction with him. As he (TF) makes no attempts at hiding his self motivated interests. Maybe he'll be unable to Tether TF, who knows? XD more to come.

you have a 5 second stun on a basically ability. targeted. Js. cool concept, but you may want to look at numbers/costs/etc.
