We were promised this skin back in what, 2012 by Riot, and now we're getting Dragon Sorceress Zyra?! I've been waiting ages to murder my enemies with a dragon brood, but this wannabe poison-ivy rips out the rug right out from under Swain.

Swain is still in the dragon pit, hatching his own little pet to bring destruction and despair to the rift. Unfortunately, the long wait in a dark pit had some "side effects" on Swain, so don't expect him to be the same guy he was before....
(Swain is going to get a VGU in the future. That is probably the reason why they don't give him a skin right now, because it would be wasted effort to create a skin if they have to change all his skins in the upcoming update. Be patient, your time will come.)
