Black Butler Thresh?
He would look sexy
All of the Mafia characters have guns/projectile launchers and can easily be altered to a noir look. Thresh doesn't really fit the theme that well, not even remotely like Twitch and the change of his crossbow to a minigun. I could see Braum going Mafia with a Godfather look, or Annie, as a psycho Molotov cocktail chucking girl, but Thresh is too supernatural to really flow with the others.
Arclight Tresh is much cooler imo

Thresh needs to be a corrupt judge. His lantern would be a corrupt scale and his dreadlocks would become his wig
He needs a horse head for the lantern (or the scythe, heck).
