Elysinn- The Runeterra Shaman

Appearance: Wears old, raggedy clothing with ancient markings on his face. Carries a crystal, scepter staff imbued with shaman power.

Description: Elysinn is a support, mage that supports allies in need if they have problems of their own (Gives them health, mana, movement speed, and deals damage if they need they help in team fights). The reason why I came up with this champion is because riot has never came up with this champion idea and I don't think their hasn't been a shaman champion. His abilities are well described as a shaman, places down totems with stacks/hits of health that gives allies the support and has a passive that gives allies a source of survival. So, here goes nothing!

Abilities: [P]- Runeterra Blessings When Elysinn is near allies, he grants bonus health and mana regeneration (+0.5/0.7/0.9/0.11) to allies that are near him. [Q]- Harmony Totem Elysinn fears death, placing down a totem that heals allies in a small area (+0.15/0.30/0.45/0.60), can be destroyed and has a health of 5 stacks (Pink ward health) Range of area: 125 Actual Range: 85 Range: 100 Cooldown: 7 Sec. [W]- Suffering Totem Elysinn becomes angry, placing down a totem that does igniting damage (+0.7/0.10/0.13/0.16) to enemies in a small area, can be destroyed and has a health of 3 hits/stacks. Range of area: 175 Actual Range: 100 Cooldown: 10 Sec. [E]- Haste Totem Elysinn believes there's hope, placing down a totem that grants bonus movement speed in a large area, also grants the movement speed to Elysinn as well. Can be destroyed and has a health of 3 hits/stacks. Range of area: 250 Actual Range: 115 Cooldown: 5 Sec. [R]- Demise Totem Elysinn screams in agony, throwing down a totem that stuns and deals damage in a large based area to enemies. Can be destroyed and has an amount of health based on Elysinn's level. (500 HP., +200 each level, and total health about 3000 HP.). Range of area: 435 Actual Range: 150 Cooldown: 120 Sec.
