New Illaoi Skin next patch?

Now there's no denying that Illaoi is long due for a skin. I mean, purple illaoi looks mostly just a color work rather than anything new or anything that shows her power. And no, making her levitate is not the best idea (She's supposed to be in Motion!) but I'm really hoping that Riot doesn't look past this. Its about to be a full year to Illaoi now with just one skin and not even epic or legendary skin. I can give a hint if u want, Dunk Coach Illaoi. Her idol as a basketball is perfect to see her Dunk a basketball on her enemies (think of W and R).
