Now while this is open to all of you guys, I'd like some Rioters to post their story about how did they got their names that they have right now? So like Riot Meddler , Riot KateyKhaos , Riot Rainslight , Riot porocles , Riot Moobeat (idk if he's actually a rioter) and many more! Just post them here so we actually get to know a bit more about u guys!

Edit: Psyche! I should type clearly! Thanks for the Rioters that have commented so far! As for the people like me and you (yes you) I was trying to say that I'd love to see some Rioters posting their stories about their names. I really had no intention to say that others are not allowed to post. So yeah, I'd love to hear any type of story that u guys wanna share! ^^

My story is pretty lame, haha.

I used to be a scene kid (probably no surprise to most of you), and I had a friend who used to always tease me about it. One day, he decided that I needed one of those edgy scene kid names and came up with Katey Khaos. I fired back with the name Mikey Malice for him, but unlike mine, his name didn't stick.

I thought the name Katey Khaos was kind of cool, and sounded neat, so I went with it. I used it for nearly all of my IGNs, which made it easy to decide on what I should call myself/sign up with.

I've had the name for over eight years now (holy shit).

In games, I've had people say things like 'nice MySpace name', but what's funny is, my other alias back in the day was 'Skankosaurus K8' (literally cringing right now). I was really into ska at the time (skanking is what kids do at ska shows - it's a type of dance -, fyi), and all the cool kids had some form of dinosaur added to their name.

Oh, and just for kicks, my first screen name ever was Blinkster1820. :)

I've got mine for 11 years ^^' Had to put this ugly 7 here because it was already taken when I started playing LoL. Otherwise it's just DeathBurst in full letters. It was my first ever nickname and I never changed it. So yeah, it's a little crige-y, but now it's just me xD

In MMOs I used to go by 'Vale', and my pen-name is Sunny Koda, but when I started shoutcasting and streaming I wanted a new name.

I wanted something that was spooky, high-tech and internet credible. Candleguy from Freakazoid satisfies the first and third requirement, and I thought replacing Candle with Kindle would make it unique while also giving a nod to the e-reader that has wholly consumed my then gf. I really love shoutcasting but I'm super bad at it :P

I imagine Kindlejack as a spooky digital ghost lurkin' around leaving concept art on old dusty message boards, digging replica Deku Tree dungeons on abandoned minecraft servers and writing secret short story blogs that no one ever sees (I do all these things).

I get obsessed with weird stuff every so often; 3d printing, sci-fi foods, VR, permaculture, painting parasols, whatever. Several years ago, my obsession was algae - particularly glowing algae. I sent off for 3 different types, and kept them in a cupboard I had converted into a growing room with some grow lights (because glowing algae is apparently very fussy about how many hours of light it receives a day). You could take the flasks into a really dark room and give it a little shake, and it'd glow the most incredible pale blue. It would continually blow my mind that teeny tiny little organisms, most closely related to plants but not part of the plant-family, could be grown in a cupboard and actually emit light when you disturbed them! One of the species (pyrocystis lunula) even has the shape of little crescent moons when you look under a microscope. It was possibly the best example of nerdycool ever!

Well, that glowing behavior is called bioluminescence, and the next time I had to make a character for an MMO and I got to the naming part, it seemed like a good, uncommon, but real word to use!

It's also really hard to type, do you don't get people writing it unless they mean it. Of course, I get called Bio a lot, which can get confusing when people are referring to 'bios' i.e. biographies, or 'bio breaks' i.e. going to the loo between games.

In my case its almost embarassing, I really liked the COD youtube scene for some time and wanted to make videos I wanted to choose something that people could pronounce but, since I already knew that I would not always be a fan of the series I wanted something that would not be specific to any type of game. So I used force as in triforce, and ultra just as a cool sounding beginning for the name sadly it was taken as a gmail account so I went with u1tr4f0rce instead to keep the name with just dumb spelling so depending on how popular something is my name varies between a normal word and a mixture of numbers.

Also I did not know when I made the account about the ULTRAFORCE television series from the 80s as I wasn't born then but watched one episode after someone asked if that was the origin of my name. And I almost forgot my story too! So, here we go.. I am a 15 yr old kinda "follow the order" kinda guy but I really, really, reallllyyy bad with impressing girls. So I tried talking to one of the most beautiful girls in my class. And she says, "Your voice is soo Annoying!" And it stuck with me for some reason. With me being not trying to use the word annoying myself, I found Clatter (my real acc, i named this one wrong) . Here's the google definition if u don't know what that is.

a continuous rattling sound as of hard objects falling or striking each other. I mean, smashing pans together to make a "Clatter" is gotta be annoying. so, um, yeah..

So here's mine, just a joke, because Buddha is known to be zen and peaceful. Loved the irony of it, sticked with it for years. When I was around seven or eight, my dad had an Xbox 360 with the guest profile "Last Boss" on it. Like I said, it was a guest profile, but I took the name and ran faster than Usain Bolt with it. I've since then cut the space between the two words, lower-cased the B, and added "42" at the end. I've chosen the number 42 because it's The Answer to The Question. I've also had a few other names, like Endercreeper42 or theinternetflames over the years, and on XBL I'm currently having to use the name "Lastboss84" since I'm locked out of my old Lastboss42 account.
